1. Where to go to eat?

You can go to the student canteen to eat. It is a four-story building, each floor named a canteen, they are Xinxiang Garden in the first floor, Xinfang Garden in the second floor, Xinyi Garden in the third floor and Xinman Garden in the fourth floor. And there is a LanZhou Noodles in Xinfang Garden which is the muslims’canteen. The student also can cook by yourself.

2. How to have a meal in the canteen?

Student cards can be used in the canteen to purchase meals. You can also buy temporary meal cards at the cafeterias which require a 10RMB deposit that can be returned once the card is returned. The Wechat and Ali-pay also can be used to pay in the canteen.

3. How to apply a campus student card, how to charge money and how to use?

The International Student Affair Office will apply for the campus student card uniformly for all the students when the the new students come to register at the beginning of the semester.

Charging and recharging money can be done at the following locations: in the first floor of No.1 teaching building. When you enter it turn right you will see the Campus Student Card Charging Center. The student also can download Youka App, binding your bank card to transfer money into the student card. The student card can be used at canteen to purchase meals, as well as to buy things at the school supermarkets.

4. What should I do if I lost my student card?

Take a proof document of your identity to the Campus Administrative Center (in the first floor of No.1 teaching building )to report the lost card and apply a new one and you need to pay 20RMB in cash for this.
