Chapter 5 Registration

1. The new students shall take your passport, Letter of admission and JW202 form to the International College of JXUST for registration according to the informed time. At the same time submit the other necessary documents according to the requirements of the letter of admission, and receive your Jiangxi University of Science and Technology foreign student handbook.

2. Self-paying students shall show your Tuition payment receipt or relevant bank payment certificate when register. You also can pay on site within the setting time of the letter of admission.

3. If you cannot register on time for some reason, you should apply to the the School of International Education in advance and get the permission. Two weeks overdue the registering time without reason, you will be taken as you give up the entrance.

4. The letter of admission should be subject to the official seal of the School of International Education of JXUST. Other documents issued by any organization or individual are invalid.

5. Registration for enrollment students，the students shall take your student ID card and passport to the School of International Education for register, check your passport number and valid period of residence permit, the living address and personal information. It is valid only after the registration stamp has been stamped on the student ID card. The China government scholarship and Confucius institute scholarship students shall sign on the scholarship registration form every academic year begins.

6. Orientation Education

At the beginning of the term, the School of International Education and the related departments will organize the orientation education for all the international students. Every foreign student shall attend it on time according to the arrangement by the School of International Education .

If you cannot register on time for some reason, you shall apply in advance, or it will be taken as truancy. Two weeks overdue the registering time without any reason will be taken as automatic drop of the school, the already paid tuition cannot be returned and the residence permit and visa will be reported to the Ganzhou exit and entry administration bureau to cancelled.
