Chapter10 Tuition fees

1. How much are my fees?

Insurance: 800rmb/year

Tuition: Language students 9000rmb/academic year, 4500rmb/semester; undergraduate ¥14000/ academic year (liberal arts), ¥16000/ academic year(science),; graduate students ¥18000/ academic year(liberal arts), ¥20000/ academic year(science); doctorate students ¥25000/ academic year. Degree students must pay the full tuition amount at the beginning of the first semester in September.

Dormitory fee: double room is 2800RMB per person every academic year, single room is 5600RMB per person every academic year.

2. What are the procedures for payment of fees?

After getting the bank account information of your department from the Foreign Students’ Affairs office, please go to the Bank of China located near campus to pay tuition, insurance etc.

3. Can I directly pay US dollars?

This is not possible. Please go to the bank to exchange for RMB then pay the tuition amount.

4. When will I pay my tuition?

Pay tuition fees, accommodation, insurance premium when register. Failing to pay tuition fees will be disqualified for learning. If you have special circumstances, you need to submit a written application to School of International Education of JXUST. Before the overdue tuition, residency visa can’t be transacted.
